Advisor to BPC in respect of its proposed divestment from Morupule B Units 1-4 (US $900 million);
Part of a multi sectoral team appointed by BPC to advise on Morupule B Power Station Remedial Works;
Advisor to BPC in its North West Grid Transmission Power Project worth BWP4.5 billion;
Advised BPC in respect of Morupule B Units 5 and 6 Projects;
Acting for BPC in the preparation of a PPA in respect of various solar projects;
Acted for Lucara in relation to its self build power project (approx. BWP300 million);
Advising the board of BPC on the impact of the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority Act on its operations; and
Represented the World Bank in the funding of the US $60 million Power System Development Project in Afghanistan.
