Currently, the Firm is representing clients in transactions involving well over P6 billion in various areas including mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial litigation, conveyancing, tax, regulatory, project financing as well as corporate finance. The Firm’s strategic focus is to provide corporate legal services particularly on high value or high impact transactions as well as ground breaking matters.
