Our Work

  • Acting for Lucara Botswana (Pty) Limited  in respect of the proposed underground mining at Karowe Mine (US $ 514 million);
  • Advisor to Diamond Trading Centre Botswana (DTCB) on various commercial matters;
  • Acting for a Botswana parastatal to carry out extensive due diligence reviews of various mining houses;
  • Advisor to BPC in respect of its proposed divestment from Morupule B Units 1-4 (US $900 million);
  • Part of a multi sectoral team appointed by BPC to advise on Morupule B Power Station Remedial Works;
  • Advisor to BPC in its North West Grid Transmission Power Project worth BWP4.5 billion;
  • Acting for BPC in the preparation of a PPA in respect of various solar projects;
